Our mission Is to contribute to the sustainable social, economic and cultural development of the industry, through the training of managers, professionals of the sector. We are committed to innovation and we promote the link between companies of the sector and Ostelea to nourish the market of new solutions.

We deliver masters in the main areas of tourism training such as Hotel Management, Tourism & Hospitality, Art and Heritage, International Relations, Protocol and Organization of Events, Leisure & Sport Management and Tourist Destinations. These programs are offered in full time and executive mode, and to offer more flexibility to our students, some programs are also taught in online mode.

Our students They are the center of the activity, to them we transmit an applicable and practical knowledge, thanks, to our cloister Of teachers who combine their teaching activity with positions of responsibility in the main companies in the tourism sector. Ostelea develops its activity in two campuses: Barcelona and Madrid. Two privileged enclaves that allow us to unite the academic knowledge with the practical knowledge of the management of the best public and private entities that lead in Europe and in the world the tourist sector and the hospitality industry.

Ostelea has been recognized by the main tourism and training associations. We are part of OMT (World Tourism Organization) and we are one of the members of its Knowledge Network, the most important in the sector. Ostelea has also been invited to join CHRIE (Council of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education) , the main international network of university tourism centers (with headquarters in the United States of America) to which only two members belong in Spain. Ostelea also decided to join in 2015 to PRME , the campaign of United Nations to promote a responsible education in management. In addition, we are active members of AEPT (Spanish Association of Tourism Professionals), AEDH (Spanish Association of Hotel Directors), EARTH (European Alliance of Responsible Tourism and Hospitality) and ATLAS (Association for Tourism and Leisure Education and Research). At Ostelea we maintain a close relationship with the business ecosystem, we consider that it is the basis of our academic programs and our related activities. The solid relationship that we maintain with the national and international business world allows us to obtain a privileged vision of the companies of the Tourism and Hospitality sector. At present, a hundred companies such as Hilton, American Express, Barceló Viajes, Lonely Planet and Turijobs are part of our network. This network of business knowledge is also enriched thanks to our Global Network of International University Partners, more than thirty universities and tourism training centers around the world with whom we share a constant exchange of knowledge, faculty and students. In the Barcelona Campus, Ostelea is a center attached to the Universitat de Lleida, the fourth best university in Spain in teaching and with a clear international orientation, which gives officialdom to different programs of the school. In the Campus of Madrid, Ostelea counts on the University Rey Juan Carlos for the officiality in some of its programs. Both campuses also have one of the main partners in the international training sector: EAE Business School . This unique alliance allows us to have a relevant competitive advantage, since we are the only training center in the sector that combines tourism learning with the development of the main knowledge and skills of the management world. EAE has trained more than 70,000 executives who today lead important companies and has been recognized as one of the leading business schools in Spain in different national and international rankings.
